You describe it just how I always pictured. I have a narrow pelvis and an enlarged tailbone so after 36 hours of Labor and 24 with out any pain meds I had a C-section! My little guy came out all beaten up and with a huge cone head at the back of his head! He not only didn't fit but he was coming out the wrong way! My second baby was a C-section too but it was much easier because I knew what was come! I'm so happy for you and women like you who get to experience this. P. S. It was that thought that kept me going through the contractions and eventual delivery. With the third one... I headed to the hospital in the wee hours of the morning telling myself I will REALLY enjoy breakfast. <BR/><BR/>You did such a great job describing the emotions and feelings of the experience. I always wonder why we do it again and again.
