Amber, Hmmm, maybe that is why my husband doesn't like Tetris. But I'm trying, hopefully, to change this next generation. I let my son play Tetris for 2 weeks and then I introduced him to loading the dishwasher, showing him that the same strategies applied. Here's to hoping... =)
When life gets crazy I stick my head in the freezer, find myself a little frozen happiness, and then I write about it all here. So, pull up a spoon and grab a bite of my personal insanity.

A Girl of the Limberlost by Gene Stratton Porter: one of my all time favorite books. It's a simple, sweet story of a girl who fights for what she wants and by staying pure and true to herself and others she gets all she deserves by the end. It's a true happy ending. If you've ever seen the TV version it is not the same thing. I can't stand the TV version they made of this.

heh-- ok, now that is funny. :-)
If that were true, every video-game-playing man would be an expert. :-)

That's awesome. Love it. Loading the dishwasher really is an artform all its own.
I LOVE tetris. I just need to think of loading the dishwasher as playing tetris, then I'll love that too. :)
couldn't avoid laughing out loud. I love tetris & love washing dishes :-) maybe thats why
I am cracking up! I'm such a perfectionist about my dishwasher...this must be where I learned it! :)
