For Just One Week

This is the short sweet version of For Just One Week (also known as I'm so busy I feel like a headless chicken week). I didn't win my updated healthy chart game and I blame that on stress and over extending/scheduling myself this week. BUT I added doing something creative for 15 minutes and speaking kindly to my children to the chart and I can honestly say that I'm doing great with those. The best has been removing the bad habit of speaking meanly to my kids. We have actually made it a family goal to speak to each other as kindly as we speak to our friends and I love it. We still slip up but we try to catch each other and fix our mistake as quickly as possible.

For this next week I'm going to set the Healthy Chart aside and set the goal to finish one of my many unfinished projects and actually blog about it upon completion. The hardest part is going to be choosing which project to finish.

What are you working on this week? If you write a post about it feel free to share it here:

i have so fallen off the one week wagon. it's all i can do to get out of bed these days, keep my family in clean clothes and food, and schoolwork. i keep reminding myself that i was pretty much worthless in my last trimester with my last baby, so why should i expect anything different? i actually may be accomplishing more this time around . . .

speaking nicer to my kids is my daily, constant goal. some days go better than others. any tips on what is working for you?
