Home, "Sweet," Home.

Goodbye, Idaho!

Hello, Seattle!

Makes you want to cry doesn't it? Nothing like Pacific Northwest rain to tell you that the vacation is over. =)
I know I promised a real post for today but my fridge is empty, I must unpack, my kids are hungry and bored (a dangerous combo), there is a tower of junk mail threatening to fall on me, and the only ice cream I can find has freezer burn. Waaaaaaa. I'm not ready for reality!!!

I would cry too...
Go buy some ice cream and slowly ease back into reality. You can do it and welcome back!!!

That picture of Idaho makes me homesick. When I see that, it just smacks of "home". Hurry out and buy some ice cream and everything else will fall into place. And welcom back! We missed you.

Great contrast!!!

But it is supposed to be nicer tomorrow. Of course, that means my last 2 days of summer break were in gloom/rain :(

yikes. i don't think i could live in seattle, even though on a clear day you couldn't find a more beautiful spot.

Welcome home??

If it helps our summer has been horrible--the clouds have been here the whole time.

LOL, if I had to pick between Idaho & Seattle, it would be Seattle, no contest, even on the rainiest day. But I'm an Oregon girl at heart.

Oh! I'm so glad you made it home safely, though.

And I'm sending you as many rays of Utah sun as I can through this comment.

O wind , why do you never rest,

Wandering, whistling to and fro,

Bring rain out of the west,

From the dim north bringing snow?
