Good things are happening. Don't you just love those little moments in life when everything seems to be going good? I do, and I'm loving it right now. We have been using our new chore chart every day and it is a very good thing. Not only is our home peacefully clean (clean considering how many monkeys live here) every evening but the kids are so proud of themselves as they report to their father what they did, "All by myself." Even Cookie, who tried to get out of window washing by saying that it hurt her hand (nice try) and then crying through the whole chore, proudly told her dad that she can wash windows now. Monster Man surprises me every day with his desire to help out and do his part too. I finally found a costume for our Halloween party. I was Albert Einstein. I had sticking up white hair and white felt eyebrows and moustache glued to my face. Yeah, that will keep me smiling for awhile. I am very much loving my nightly scripture studies with the boys. Last night we read about and then discussed how Nephi is always forgiving his brothers even when they are so mean and hurt him. I asked the boys, do you think you could be like Nephi and forgive your brother when he beats up on you? What a great thing for little boys to think about. Oh, and we have been having awesome family home evenings now because I finally made a Family Home Evening wheel so now everyone takes a turn. Last night we wrote letters to my brother on his mission and then Cookie made us carmel Apples (SO messy!) Ah, life is good. And now I am rushing out the door to go buy some flowers. Today we are going to play Mad Scientists in science at co-op today as we dissect innocent little flowers. Bwahahahaha.

Let The Good Times Roll

Sounds like your day has been going pretty well! It's great that the kids are getting so into the whole 'taking care of the house' thing. I wish I could say the same, but we are still workin' on it :)

Kudos on the FHE chart and the chore chart--I need to get my fanny in gear. Those days are priceless, thanks of reminding me that they are still attainable, I tend to forget
Dracula has a moustashe? I would love to see the picture of YOU as Albert with a stash. I'm glad that the sun is shining in the ice cream household! We need to be better about our FHE chart. It's always the same people doing the lesson. :D
