I need somebody.
HELP!
Not just anybody.
HELP!
You know I need someone.
HE-E-E-E-ELP!
I am one of those people that tries so hard not to fall for convenience. I know, why fight convenience? Because I'm tough, see. I don't need convenience, see. I'm an idiot, see.
I give birth naturally. For years and years I insisted on kneading dough by hand based on principle (I now love love love my Kitchen-Aid). I didn't own a cell phone until just last year. And I have tried like crazy to convince myself that I can keep blogging without using a blog reader.
I'm drowning in blogs and have started to cringe at the thought of blogging just because it takes so long. I give up. I will be convenient. I will use a blog reader.
This is where you all come in. I need your blog addresses. My blogroll is so out of date I don't have even half of you on there. Please, please, please leave me a comment with your blog address so that I can put you in my blog reader.
To make it worth your while I will even make this a giveaway. Leave your blog url in my comments section by January 31st and you will get a chance to win one of 3 surprise gifts.
THANKS!

I can't believe you have not been using a feed reader! :) It makes life so much easier. (BTW, since I have used both bloglines and google reader, I have to say google reader is better).

You are too FUNNY!http://brighteyesforeverfamily.blogspot.com/
I simply could not live without my feedreader - how on earth would I keep up with everybody!!?

My Google Reader has saved so much time for me! No more hopping around to see who has posted, etc.
The worst part is the setting up because it takes so long to paste everyone's url's but after that it is 'magnific'! said with a French accent.

Liz, you make me laugh :) !! You will love using a feed reader (until you get annoyed at people who don't publish their full feed, but that, too, is for another post). Let me know if you have any questions while setting it up ...

I would be one of those without a full feed. (And that won't be changing anytime soon.) Just don't be like me and go out of town (or just disappear from blogland for a little while) and have 453 unread posts waiting when you get back, and feel compulsion to read each and every one of them, until you want to scream, everybody quit writing so much!
Otherwise google reader is great!

You will love the blog reader. I promise.
I'm here--but falling behind on the blogs I read as well. My reader got too full, so I started following blogs on blogger, and now I have two places to check and I'm behind on both--augh! LOL

uh...is a breader the same thing as the list of blogs on my blogger dashboard?

Maybe I ought to try a reader. Instead, I dumped the computer and lost everything. I also dumped one of my blogs.

I'm following blogs on blogger and love it. Definitely a convenience. And...I love reading all your entertaining posts! So keep 'em coming. :)

And I'm so glad you're converting. It's like having a personal assistant. "So-and-so called, and they said such-and-such...will there be any reply?"
Count me in!

By the way, I use NewsFire as my reader and I really like it. It's super easy to use.
And also-- I haven't commented about it, but I've enjoyed following your "just one week" project. Sounds like it's working great for you.
I have been horrible at commenting lately... but I do read every post. So if you want to read my blog it is

Good luck! It is so nice. I am working my way through an ignored reader and it is way easier than trying to keep up. You can choose way easier when you don't have the time!
What is a blog reader?

I can't believe that it took you this long to cave in and go the easy way. I could not survive with out Google Reader.

Happy Wednesday! Bloghoppin' here... Hey, I have an interesting tutorial for you that I have written myself. It is about adding Adsense on your Single Post in XML template. I hope you'll like it! God Bless you!

oh and p.s.
I wore my dad's army coat to school too...and still wear it!
what is it about daddy's coats that are just so comfy?
Our family beats your family in suffering inconveniences because we don't have a dishwasher! And we lived for three years with toilets that didn't flush. We win right???
